"I was a bit nervous about going to the mother
and baby yoga class, as I
didn't know if my baby would behave! But luckily enough, he seemed to really
like it. I first took him along aged 13 weeks, and he was very happy to watch
us get on with the class and enjoyed joining in for the appropriate bits.
Julie creates a lovely relaxed atmosphere, and is great with the babies.
We get through enough
yoga to be of real benefit, and Julie has a knack of explaining the poses
in easy-to-understand language. Starting yoga again has helped me feel more
relaxed and less stressed in the early weeks of motherhood, and has also
helped my back to feel stronger and has got my body feeling more like mine
again!"

"As a first time mum-to-be I felt apprehensive to do yoga, however,
Julie's relaxed and approachable teaching manner has made it a most pleasurable
experience. At a time when I was experiencing difficulty Julie adapted the
lessons around what was best suited for me without any fuss. I highly recommend
these classes."
Ana, Teddington
"I don't think I could find the words to say just how much good doing
yoga did for me. It was a huge release of tension and got rid of all the
pain in my back and joints. I've never enjoyed any type of exercise, but
I actually looked forward to this. Baby Frank really enjoyed it too, and
it was great for me to be able to do the yoga with him there, but not worry
about him."
Alice, Teddington
"Julie's pregnancy yoga class has
taught me how to use my breath as a tool for relaxation. I always get a full
night's sleep on yoga night!"
Karen, Molesey
"I really enjoy Julie's pregnancy
yoga classes and only
wish that I had started them earlier. Julie is a
wonderful instructor, she is very friendly and
approachable and ensures that each person in the class
receives individual attention. I certainly feel that
the classes have equipped me better for the birth. The
small class sizes mean that the classes are informal
and it's also a great way to meet other local
mums-to-be."
