The benefits

Becoming a mother opens us to a vast new world of learning and experience. We are learning how to mother our new baby, at the same time as learning how to deal with the challenges of altered sleep patterns, physiological, psychological and emotional change.

Each mother has her own unique birthing history and needs. Classes are small. This helps to ensure that the practice is appropriate to each individual.

Suitable for

mothers who have been given the go ahead to exercise after their six week post natal check or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.

And baby comes too..
Please do bring your baby. The classes are informal, relaxed and adaptable. I combine work for mother with simple exercises which include baby. If your baby needs to feed, sleep or have a nappy change that's no problem – we go with the flow!
