Yoga classes for pregnant and post natal women

During my first pregnancy in 1996 I decided to attend ante natal yoga classes. I became both intrigued and amazed at the effect the simple movements and breath work had on my sense of well-being. After each lesson I felt relaxed, reinvigorated, and happy. I gained confidence in my body and my inner ability to give birth. Later, the techniques I had learnt had a profound effect on my labour and transition into motherhood.
